BirdsAtFive (“BAF” among friends) is an agency offering marketing solutions, campaigns and advisory for large B2B organizations operating at a global scale. Who are you, and what will you be doing at BAF?

We’re growing fast, which is exciting! Therefore, we’re seeking a Content Writer with 3-5 years of full-time experience. Your role will involve crafting a diverse range of content, both short and long form.

Your ability to dive deep into details, grasp nuances, and translate heaps of complex information into captivating and informative content is crucial for this role. Your empathy and natural storytelling talent helps you create content that grabs our audience's attention and draw them towards our clients. Whether it's products, brands, or features, you’re always aiming at creating content that's easy-to-digest, informative, relevant, entertaining, and connects on an emotional level.

Types of content you will be creating include: Social media posts, ads, white papers, case studies, web pages, articles, email campaigns, blog posts, reports, video scripts etc.

Key responsibilities

  • Conducting deep research on industry-related topics in relation content development

  • Writing both short- and long-form marketing content for clients

  • Proactively bring new ideas and creative concepts for client projects

  • Proofreading

  • Ensure there's a clear narrative in all communications, including presentations

  • Maintain brandvoice throughout all content and communications

  • Manage timelines for multiple projects

  • Collaborating directly with clients to evaluate and incorporate feedback

  • Brainstorm, present and deliver content as part of integrated campaigns in collaboration with the creative team.

Requirements and competencies

  • 3-5 years of full-time experience with marketing content writing from an agency or inhouse B2B marketing department.

  • A relevant master’s degree within marketing, communications or journalism.

  • Fluency in English is essential for this role. You don't have to be fluent in Danish, but it's a requirement that you are able to understand and make a conversation in Danish.

  • Creativity requires collaboration - therefore you need to be able to work on-site 3-4 days a week.

  • Love diving into complex industries and products, requiring the ability to understand and communicate technical details.
