We’re growing fast. More and more B2B companies are turning to our model – especially because of our ability to integrate seamlessly with their marketing teams and drive execution through our AI-born, human-led marketing engine.
To help our clients execute even better and faster, we’re now looking for a strong program lead.
Do you know what needs to be said – and why it matters? Can you connect complex products to real customer needs? And can you turn that insight into presentations, content and communication that hits the mark? Then you might be the one we’re looking for.
We need someone who truly gets B2B. Someone who can understand technical products and help clients see things from their own customers’ perspective. A sharp advisor who asks the right questions, challenges assumptions and shapes content that actually makes a difference.
We call the role program lead – because you help define direction and drive the next steps of the programs we deliver. Not by managing a Gantt chart, but by knowing what it takes – and making it happen.
Your tasks will include:
Talking to clients and their specialists to understand the product and business logic
Looking beyond the brief – and helping shape messages that make sense to the audience
Structuring and developing content for sales presentations, whitepapers, websites and campaigns – from overall outlines to bullet points and draft copy that writers and content producers can build on
Contributing to the angle, direction and core messaging – and ensuring consistency across all content
Bringing clarity to complex content projects – and making things happen together with project managers and creatives
You earn client trust not by small talk or nodding at the right time – but by understanding their product, their market and their business. You’re not afraid to challenge their brief – and you do it professionally, constructively and clearly.
You won’t be in charge of timelines and resources – that’s handled by our project managers. But if needed, you can step in and keep a project moving. You’re not afraid to get involved, dive into the details and push things forward when it matters.
We imagine you:
Have experience in communications, marketing or consulting – ideally with a B2B focus
Have strong analytical skills and can quickly understand markets, products and buyer journeys
Enjoy working with sales, marketing and technical experts alike
See both the big picture and the small details – and can shape them into something others can act on
Don’t wait for tasks – you take initiative and move things forward through your expertise
Understand and respect creative work – but take responsibility for starting in the right place
