Who are you, and what will you be doing at BAF?
We’re growing fast, which is exciting! Therefore, we are looking for a digital marketer with experience in paid media. You’ll play a crucial role in managing and developing campaigns across paid channels, providing ongoing reporting, advising clients on performance optimization, and crafting effective media strategies — all within the B2B sector where we specialize.

In this role, your ability to translate data into actionable insights, proactively manage campaigns, and consistently seek optimization is key. Your curiosity and drive to explore new possibilities ensure that every campaign you plan and manage runs at its best. Ultimately, the way you run the campaigns and interact with our clients makes them feel safe with you at the helm of their campaigns, and as their sparring partner.

While your main responsibility will be centered around paid media and data, there will be plenty of opportunities to leverage other digital marketing skills such as copywriting, email marketing, SEO, Google Analytics, or other disciplines within digital marketing. Your potentially broader expertise will be a valued contribution to our team.

Key responsibilities

  • Executing campaigns and optimizing performance across digital channels

  • Campaign planning and strategy.

  • Campaign reporting and evaluation.

  • Research and data analysis.

  • Being a trusted advisor to our clients.

  • Proactively bring new ideas on how we can improve campaigns and our own ways of working.

  • Ad hoc tasks from other corners of the digital marketing discipline.

Requirements and competencies

  • 2+ years of professional experience with paid media.

  • Interest in B2B marketing.

  • Experience working with B2B is a plus, but not a requirement.

  • Experience in a consulting role is a plus, but not a requirement.

  • Relevant educational background within marketing or communication.

  • You will be working closely together with our clients daily, why good presentation- and discussion skills are important for this role.

  • We work closely together across teams and believe that we are better together, and that our solutions get better through collaboration. Therefore, we are all working onsite minimum 3-4 days a week.

  • Love diving into complex industries and products to understand the dynamics of your clients'.

  • Fluency in English is essential for this role. You don't have to be fluent in Danish, but it's a requirement that you are able to understand and make a conversation in Danish.
